By downloading, installing, generating an activation key, or using the After Call Notify (ACN) Android application and portal website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

ACN is distributed free of charge for individual and business use. Activation keys are provided to monitor active device nodes and deliver software updates. We reserve the right to revoke keys or terminate access in cases of service abuse or violation of these terms.

You agree to use ACN solely for legitimate business operations, customer relationship management (CRM), and automated dispatching. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your usage complies with all applicable telecommunications, wiretapping, and privacy laws in your jurisdiction.

ACN is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. While engineered for high reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or 100% webhook delivery during carrier network outages, aggressive OEM battery kills, or third-party server downtime.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACN and its maintainers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software.
