ACN is strictly an event-metadata telemetry engine. It explicitly excludes Android microphone permissions (`RECORD_AUDIO`) from its application manifest. ACN is technically and legally incapable of listening to, recording, storing, or transmitting voice conversations.
1. Information We Collect
When you use the ACN Android application, the app accesses Android telephony and call log APIs to detect the start, duration, and completion of cellular phone calls. The collected metadata includes:
- Call State & Direction: Inbound, outbound, missed, or rejected.
- Phone Numbers: Caller and recipient phone numbers for webhook dispatching.
- Timestamps & Durations: Exact call start time, ring duration, and connected duration.
- SIM Slot Details: Carrier name and SIM slot index (SIM 1 vs SIM 2) for dual-SIM filtering.
- Device Diagnostics: Hardware model and Android OS version strictly to maintain activation licensing and deliver OTA updates.
2. How Your Data Is Used
All call metadata captured by the Android app is dispatched directly to the HTTPS webhook endpoint(s) configured by you (such as your n8n instance, Make.com, or private server). We do not broker, sell, or aggregate your phone call data.
3. Account Authentication & Security
When you sign up via Google OAuth, we only store your email address, name, and profile picture to associate your generated activation keys and connected device fleet. We never request access to your Google Drive, Gmail, or contacts.
4. On-Device Storage & Data Retention
Call records are stored in an encrypted local SQLite database on your device to ensure reliability during network disconnects. Once synced, events are retained according to your configured auto-purge settings (Never, 7 Days, or 30 Days).
5. Deletion & Key Revocation
You may revoke or delete your activation keys at any time from your portal dashboard. Deleting a key permanently removes the key token and all associated device logs from our servers.
